The location was absolutely perfect and excellent in a quiet area, short walk to the shopping malls and westlands, which is the best neighborhood in Nairobi. Westlands district was definitely worth visiting.

Disappointing aspect was flooded bathroom.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 3 nights, nonetheless everything was first-class. The breakfast was varied, the check in was early. Took the advantage of the parking on site. Its location in Nairobi was particularly good and unbeatable, adjacent to malls and the Westlands and eateries;))

Nice staff in the restaurant, good location, nice rooms

Reception is unreliable. Receptionist forgot to make a wake-up call and order a taxi. No hot water. The room has probably been repainted, and the paint is now all over the furniture and even the TV. A loud machine humming is annoying throughout the day. I usually don't rate hotels, but I was asked four times by mail within 24h.
